Position Overview: StretchLab Metairie is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Lead to oversee studio performance, drive membership sales, support member retention, and lead the team in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong sales instincts and leadership potential, looking to grow within the fitness and wellness industry.

  • Lead daily sales efforts and convert leads into long-term members
  • Drive member retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage front desk staff and Flexologists, including training and coaching
  • Drive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and promotional events
  • Track and manage inventory levels and order studio supplies as needed
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using ClubReady and Google Sheets
  • Participate in corporate calls and execute follow-up action plans
  • Create, manage, and grow studio content across social media channels
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain members
  • Ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently each day
  • Support and enforce membership policies and studio procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including diffusing challenging client situations professionally
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • 2+ years of fitness or membership sales experience preferred
  • Confident in driving sales and coaching team members to do the same
  • Experience with member retention strategies
  • Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, text, email)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with the studio owner
  • Proficient in Google Suite / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Quick learner of studio platforms like ClubReady and Digital Stack
  • Experience with social media content creation and management
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaigns
  • Understanding of business performance metrics (revenue, expenses, profitability)
  • Passionate about health, movement, and delivering a premium client experience
  • Professional, punctual, and dependable
  • Base salary : $38,000–$40,000 (based on experience)
