About The Position

Senior Helpers of High Point is a leading provider of compassionate in-home care services for seniors. Our mission is to help seniors live independently with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow our client base and expand our community presence. The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for generating new client leads, building referral relationships, and promoting the Senior Helpers brand throughout the High Point area. This role combines community engagement, relationship-building, and strategic marketing to increase awareness and usage of our home care services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare or senior services).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and pursue new referral sources, including healthcare providers, senior centers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking events to promote Senior Helpers services.
  • Manage a lead pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and senior expos.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and the care coordination team.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, referral activity, and client acquisition.
