About The Position

The Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Sales and Marketing Director at Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is a key leadership role focused on driving occupancy and achieving community goals. This position emphasizes the importance of building meaningful relationships with residents and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• One to three years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.
• Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.
• Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets.
• Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.
