About The Position

The Sales & Marketing Director at Brookdale Quincy Bay is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue in a senior living community. Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in senior living is preferred.
• Proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads.
• Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks and accept directives.
• Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families.
• Ability to build effective relationships with local business partners.
• Solid business development and event planning skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the retirement industry or medical/pharmaceutical sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve occupancy levels and revenue production according to marketing and business plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources to generate leads.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and referral source activities and events.
• Partner with Regional Sales management to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals.
• Supervise the activities of at least two Marketing Coordinators and/or Sales Counselors.
