The Corporate Director of Transient Sales is essential for managing and expanding high-value transient and business travel accounts for PHG's Owned and Managed Properties (Legacy and Meritage). With the increasing complexity of global travel partnerships, this role provides vital strategic direction, brand alignment, and account development to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded across the portfolio. This position serves as a critical liaison between PHG properties and key travel management companies (TMCs), global distribution partners, and major corporations including Amazon, Southwest Airlines, Apple, and others. By leveraging partnerships with Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt Global Sales Organizations, this role enhances PHG's visibility and access to revenue-driving corporate business. In each destination market, the Corporate Director will collaborate with local property teams to identify and convert transient opportunities, uncover new accounts, and execute blitz strategies that align with brand standards and sales objectives.
