About the position

The Little Gym of Naperville is a brand-new addition to The Little Gym family, and we're thrilled to bring this exciting program to the community! For over 45 years, The Little Gym has been a leader in children's motor skill development and confidence-building, offering gymnastics-based classes for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our mission? To create a fun, nurturing space where kids can grow physically, socially, and emotionally—all while having an absolute blast!. We're seeking a dynamic, driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead our outreach and customer engagement efforts. This part-time role is perfect for a high-energy professional who thrives on building relationships, enjoys thinking creatively about lead generation, and is confident with both strategic marketing and day-to-day communication. As a brand-new business in Naperville, we're looking for someone excited to help grow our presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate is local to the area, as in-person meetings, community events, and on-site collaboration with the leadership team are a regular part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to identify and pursue lead generation strategies
  • Drive membership and program sales through proactive phone, text, and email outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and families, including follow-ups, thank-you cards, and other thoughtful touches
  • Identify, build, and manage community partnerships with schools, businesses, and local organizations
  • Help plan, coordinate, and attend local events to promote The Little Gym brand
  • Manage local marketing efforts—digital, grassroots, and everything in between
  • Track outreach and maintain a clean sales pipeline (experience with Salesforce is a plus!)
  • Collaborate with the team to support lead conversion and member retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and relationship building (especially through direct outreach)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to people in person, on the phone, and via text/email
  • Organized and self-motivated—you take initiative and get things done
  • Passionate about working with kids and families (experience in the children's activity, fitness, or enrichment space is a bonus!)
  • Familiar with basic marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • A team player who's excited to help a young business grow
