You will also be tasked with generating content for our social media channels, particularly focusing on video content that captures the essence of our events and guest experiences. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage our social media inbox, respond to guest reviews, and ensure that all communications maintain a consistent and professional tone. In addition to content creation, you will update our property website with the latest events and specials, gather information from various departments to support our marketing and public relations efforts, and assist in preparing for media visits. Your creativity will be essential in providing innovative ideas for events and programming that enhance guest engagement. This position may also involve supporting the Sales Director and other team members with lead distribution and event coordination.
