About The Position

Chief Buildings is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to customers, Sales, Marketing, and other departments when necessary. This position is responsible for managing social media posts, producing graphic design work, editing videos, and copywriting. A Brand of Chief Industries, Chief Buildings has designed and manufactured a wide variety of construction solutions for customers located throughout the United State since 1966. Specific applications include manufacturing, commercial, community and agricultural buildings. Each structure is designed to meet the needs of the customer. Chief Buildings are sold by authorized builders throughout the United States, and are manufactured in Grand Island, Nebraska, Rensselaer, Indiana and Lancaster, South Carolina.

Requirements

High School Diploma, or GED, required.
Minimum two years’ marketing support experience
Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Suite) and Canva

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage social media postings and assist Marketing Coordinator with social media campaigns.
Assist Marketing Coordinator with copywriting and graphic design needs.
Maintain photo library and enhance photo submissions.
Prepare and fulfill requests for literature, promo items, and samples.
Support HR with employee recruitment campaigns.
Manage inventory levels of brochures, color chips, and other collateral.
Assist with Builder School planning and preparation and other events as required.
