About The Position

Heather Heights Senior Living is hiring for a Part Time (20 hours) Sales & Marketing Assistant. This position will support the Admissions Director with the coordination of tasks related to new inquiries, the onboarding of new residents, and the full admission process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for new residents and their families. You will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of the move-in process are handled efficiently and that new residents feel welcomed and comfortable in their new environment. Sales & Marketing Assistant Role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, prospective Assisted Living and Independent Living residents and their families, and internal teams to promote increased sales and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions process. Collect and analyze competitors’ rates, services, and settings. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on admission metrics and progress. Act as liaison between families, facilities, and internal teams to ensure effective coordination and communication during the admission process. Administrative work including, typing, copying, and filing. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Customer Service or Sales experience in senior living preferred.
  • Outside sales experience is required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including social media platforms
  • Ability to network, collaborate, and coordinate with the community.
  • Experience planning, organizing and facilitating events and projects related to sales and marketing.
