Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 1–2 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
• Able to present to both individuals and small groups confidently
• Willing to attend events outside traditional work hours when needed
• Familiarity with social media and online marketing platforms

Responsibilities

• Engage customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Build strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral sources
• Host lunch-and-learns, CE courses, and participate in networking/professional associations
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and community functions
• Prepare and present information for job file reviews to clients
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports on referral activity and pipeline development
• Use social media and digital tools to expand reach and visibility
• Stay up to date on services and refine techniques based on client needs
