About The Position

The WORLDPAC Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process across various roles within the company. This position aims to create a best-in-class experience for candidates and business partners while contributing to thought leadership through participation in educational webinars and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal; Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job search boards.
  • Experience with Workday and iCIMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through negotiation and onboarding.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for a positive and consistent experience for all.
  • Post requisitions and create content to share open roles via social media platforms.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and quarterly goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on market dynamics and trends, talent availability and workforce planning.
  • Assist cross-functional HR roles to meet company objectives.
