Requirements

• A seasoned professional with minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a B2B, outside sales environment, ideally from within a service and/or distributor sales organization.
• A strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to produce year over year growth through aggressive sales execution and strong, proven financial planning and execution experience.
• Passionate leader with the ability to motivate a sales/service workforce.

Responsibilities

• Craft Winning Strategies: Be responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators and deliver on our sales objectives of double-digit growth.
• Optimize Logistics: Streamline our logistics processes to ensure seamless operations from order to delivery and maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies and other company assets.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with sales, service, and production teams to create an interconnected and efficient workflow.
• Provide Service for Success: Deliver on our promise of high-quality service "HQS" by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive partnership for our customers.
