Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Conduct thorough needs-based consultations to understand customer preferences and budgets.
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and technology clearly in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Research vehicle inventory, trims, options, and incentives utilizing dealership and manufacturer systems.
  • Work with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance Managers to develop purchase or lease options that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory by inspecting vehicles regularly.
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and facilitate a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery while educating customers on vehicle features and ownership benefits.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up to foster repeat and referral business.
  • Attend required training sessions and meetings for ongoing skill development.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Greet and assist customers professionally upon arrival.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features and benefits during demonstrations and test drives.
  • Research vehicle options and incentives using dealership and manufacturer resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to structure deals and present purchase or lease options.
  • Maintain showroom inventory awareness.
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation and support delivery processes.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups to build long-term relationships.
  • Complete all required training and meetings.
  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
