High volume Social Dining concept, primed for growth is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building sales, developing leads, cultivating meaningful relationships, and booking and executing events. In partnership with senior leadership, you will develop and implement sales plans, policies and procedures , and contribute to the overall business goals. As the ideal candidate, you will have a track record of success in hospitality leadership and a passion for developing relationships and creating memorable experiences for guests. You believe people and culture are a brand's greatest assets and agree that your success depends on your ability to develop people. You believe in growing yourself and that nothing worthwhile was ever easy- it’s supposed to be hard. Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
  • Experience in sales booking platforms, event booking and execution, networking, developing leads, outreach and hospitality leadership.
  • Adept at multitasking with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and team members at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for exceptional guest experiences, social dining, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
