You’re a great fit for this role if you love… • Servicing group and catering events from contract execution through on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure a seamless and personalized event experience. • Collaborating closely with operations, catering, and hotel leadership to deliver successful events. • Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and hands-on event management. • Supporting sales efforts through follow-up, repeat business, and referral generation. • The sense of pride that comes from seeing a well-executed event come to life. We’re excited to have you join us because… • You bring hands-on experience planning and servicing group and catering events in full-service, limited-service, and/or four-diamond luxury boutique hotels. • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously. • You communicate clearly and confidently with clients, vendors, and internal partners. • You take ownership of your events and are committed to delivering exceptional results. • You are knowledgeable in Hilton systems, including Delphi, and understand event documentation and timelines. Qualification Standards • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of two to five years of experience in hotel sales, events, or catering in a similar-sized operation. • Licenses or certifications are not required. • All Experience Curators must maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance in alignment with Concert Hospitality grooming standards.
