About The Position
The Sales and Enrollment Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring the sales and enrollment department to support the PACE Organization's mission and strategic growth goals. This role involves overseeing the local sales and enrollment team, ensuring achievement of growth and operating targets, and maintaining relationships within the community. The manager will also be accountable for meeting enrollment targets, managing referral tracking systems, and collaborating with marketing leadership to implement annual plans.
