Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (flooring or home improvement is a plus)
  • Passion for design, home improvement, and helping people transform their spaces
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and known for excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable using technology (CRM, tablets, measuring tools)
  • Self-motivated and excited by a performance-based career with unlimited earning potential
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (gas and mileage stipend provided)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience in the showroom and during in-home consultations
  • Measure spaces and recommend thoughtful, design-driven flooring solutions
  • Build your business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
  • Create professional proposals using modern tools (tablet, CRM, laser measuring tools, QuickBooks)
  • Guide clients confidently from consultation to installation
  • Build long-term relationships while achieving strong sales results
