The main function of this role is to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chats from our customers. This means accepting orders over the phone, answering customer questions about the status of their order, and fielding calls to address warranty issues or other customer concerns. Team members are expected to be extremely detail oriented, thorough, and accurate. This role typically involves making or receiving upwards of 50 calls per day. Ability to navigate computer programs, type, and process data quickly is a must. Our team members work in a brand-new, climate-controlled office with an excellent view. Must be able to be seated, working in front of a computer for 7-8 hours per day.
