Oversees the quality and success of the sales & service/front desk operations of Goldfish Swim School including sales functions, customer service, retail, vending and workplace employee activities. Provides weekly audits to the General Manager.

Prior sales experience required
Must be comfortable with computers and many platforms
Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Must pass background examinations (included with training)
High school diploma or GED is required.
Two or more years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required.
High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems.
Sales Experience required, and prior training of staff members preferred.
Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
