About The Position

The Sales & Community Manager is the face of BODYROK Dallas — driving membership growth, building meaningful relationships, and creating a vibrant, connected studio community. This role blends sales leadership with community activation, local partnerships, and member engagement. You will own the membership sales pipeline, lead local marketing efforts, and cultivate partnerships with aligned brands, influencers, and organizations throughout Dallas. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, community management, or partnership development (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the BODYROK brand.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends for events and peak studio hours.
  • Must be able to work in person at the Dallas studio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive in-studio sales with a focus on membership conversions and long-term retention.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and closing.
  • Track KPIs and implement strategies to exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Coach and motivate the studio team to support sales initiatives and deliver a premium guest experience.
  • Foster a welcoming, high-energy environment that encourages connection and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute community-building initiatives such as member events, local brand partnerships, community outreach, and appreciation activations.
  • Build relationships with members to understand their goals and support their ongoing engagement.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with Dallas-based businesses, wellness brands, and like-minded individuals.
  • Coordinate cobranded events, pop-ups, and cross-promotional opportunities to drive visibility and new leads.
  • Represent BODYROK at local events, networking opportunities, and community activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Support social media content creation that highlights the Dallas community and studio culture.
  • Assist with studio operations as needed to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
