Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Provides execution guidance, training and coaching to sales force and product support personnel in one or more channels.
  • Monitors and communicates factors impacting achievement of business objectives, providing transparency and consultation to management.
  • Delivers advice and guidance to influence outcomes and enable achievement of business goals.
  • Through observation and coaching, supports the development of tactics and resources to drive the successful execution of strategic priorities.
  • Implements initiatives to grow revenue including acquisition, growth, retention, and cross-channel experiences.
  • Consults and makes decisions with key stakeholders to improve sales and customer experience outcomes.
  • Resolves more complex product and service related inquiries and issues and may participate in sales force goal setting and other related initiatives to support successful execution of business priorities
  • Collaborates with management to support the delivery of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate representing the needs of the business segment, specialty segment or channel.
  • May be called upon to provide subject matter expertise to operations, other support areas, or centers of expertise.
