About The Position

As a Sales and Activation Specialist, you will help introduce customers to products and services that match their specific needs. Services include AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon data plans along with DirecTV Satellite, DirecTV Stream, and Starlink packages. These skills, combined with a competitive mindset to meet and exceed sales goals, will ensure that each customer interaction becomes a successful sales opportunity.

Requirements

  • Have a positive attitude, even under stress.
  • General computer skills (Microsoft Word, etc.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Willingness to learn about the products and services offered
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Listen to the customer, problem solve and deliver great solutions
  • Access and maintain records in appropriate point of sale systems and handle a variety of sales related tasks
  • Completing orders from multiple fulfillment options and activating service
