About The Position

The Sales Analyst position at Honda is designed to support the zone field office within the Auto Sales division. This role is pivotal in regional sales operations, providing essential support to the dealer network, region management, corporate headquarters, and field staff. The Sales Analyst will also undergo training to potentially transition into an Acura or Honda Sales Representative role in the future, contributing to the company's goals of innovation and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
• 0-2 years of work experience, with sales or customer service experience.
• Prior experience in the Retail/Wholesale industry, preferably Automotive.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data analytics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Generating management reports and creating presentations.
• Handling special projects and conducting sales analysis.
• Providing support to region management in all dealer meetings and region communication.
• Completing assigned training, including Product Knowledge Training and Sales Training.
• Supporting the Region in achieving new vehicle and market share objectives.
• Assisting with Ownership Transfer Packages, New Dealer Packages, and Dealer Relocation Packages.
