As a Sales Analyst, you will support the Global Central Sales Team by contributing to bonus calculations, performing in-depth analysis and auditing, managing email communications, and assisting with the sales forecasting process. You will also provide general support across sales and marketing functions.

  • Load, calculate, and audit weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sales bonus calculations.
  • Responsible for process updating and improvement to make processes more efficient.
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting and incentive plan execution.
  • Administer the calculation and processing of sales bonus program with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams as well as HR to guarantee timely and accurate payment disbursements.
  • Ensure all sales bonus plans and company policies are adhered to.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales data to spot trends and potential issues.
  • Prepare sales bonus statements with a high degree of accuracy and review them meticulously.
  • Secure necessary approvals for sales bonus payouts.
  • Keep track of sales bonus payments and carry out a true-up analysis.
  • Gather and analyze data effectively.
  • Work with Regional Directors, HR and the Legal Department to keep Sales Rep. Contracts up to date.
  • Prepare sales forecasts; collect and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals.
  • Extract and generate reports from CRM systems to provide insights on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer activity.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system by identifying errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies and working with appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and data mining.
  • Power BI Expertise – Proficient in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop; skilled in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and connecting to multiple data sources (e.g., CRM, Excel, SQL).
  • Experienced in publishing reports to Power BI Service, managing data refresh schedules, and applying row-level security.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Able to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights through effective visualizations.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
  • Proven ability to remain flexible in the face of change and changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and independent thinking skills.
  • 0-4 years of experience in an Analyst role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Finance, Business or Information Systems.
