The Sales Analyst supports the sales organization by providing high‑quality analytical insights, reporting, and forecasting. Ensures data accuracy, identifies trends, and helps guide strategic decisions to enhance revenue performance. Collaborates cross‑functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and operations to optimize sales effectiveness and support organizational goals. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations.   • Generate, analyze, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to leadership.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Support development of sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Collect and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses on customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
  • Prepare dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Assist Sales Managers with territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align revenue projections and performance tracking.
  • Provide analytical support for promotions, pricing strategy, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage high‑volume phone and email communications; accept, screen, and direct inquiries for the Sales department.
  • Draft and produce correspondence, presentations, contracts, signage, and other department materials; maintain confidentiality as required.
  • Establish and maintain files, records, and other documents.
  • Assist leaders with meeting logistics, calendars, and departmental scheduling.
  • Order, stock, and distribute office supplies; operate standard office machinery.
  • Support preparation of reports, contracts, and presentations for Sales Managers, Directors, and VP of Sales.
  • Assist in CRM maintenance and data hygiene to improve pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure customer and opportunity data integrity; coordinate updates with Sales and Marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing on promotions and sales initiatives; provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Work with Operations to coordinate client needs and internal communications.
  • Liaise with Finance to support revenue planning and performance tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field Preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, revenue management, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment; attention to detail and accuracy; customer service orientation.
  • Ability to interpret data clearly and provide actionable insights.

  • Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email) and standard office equipment; flexible, team‑oriented.
