This position will gather and analyze account-specific information and the market data needed to develop and execute activity that supports Retail Key Account performance and growth. The role is crucial in providing Key Account Managers and Sales Managers with the data and information necessary to optimize account programming and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new item codes and submitting promotion programs, ensuring alignment with Distributor (ADI) and Franchise partners on commercializing account programming. Additionally, the position involves preparing and reporting post-ad/program analysis to the Key Account Management (KAM) team, developing and communicating weekly Sales Bulletin content across all markets, and producing ad-hoc analysis, including Channel and Customer analysis. The role also supports the development of Key Account presentations and reviews, generates period-end Key Account performance scorecards and metrics, and assists the sales team with Margin Minder reporting and tracking, which includes managing Non-Buy lists and distribution reports. Furthermore, the candidate will support the revenue growth management process and align with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on account-specific pack and rate plans. Monthly and periodic Brand, Package, and Channel data will be provided for monthly operating reviews, and the candidate will also support special account projects, such as account business reviews, and provide competitive comparison reports utilizing Market Share Data.
