The primary responsibilities of this role are to work with cross functional teams to develop national and/or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project, which align Sales Strategy and Operations and Marketing objectives to customer needs; assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data; develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources; assist the team to enhance and improve business results; communicate results, ideas and/or suggestions both in written and verbal format; interact with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) colleagues in a variety of job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales; develop negotiation tactics to deliver mutually acceptable outputs; and upon completion of Internship, conduct an oral presentation of project results and key learnings to Bayer management.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree within a business field or an MBA program.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Results oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
  • Proven problem solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, self direction, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Willing to commit to the entire 12 weeks, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Available May 2026 to August 2026.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
  • Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to provide own transportation to and from work office location.
  • Ability to travel as needed for in person meetings or training.
  • Demonstrated work experience and/or capability in leadership, analytics, collaboration, communication, project management, self direction and initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Cumulative GPA 3.3 or higher.
  • Experience with IRI or Nielson POS data.
  • Candidates interested in Sales or Marketing are preferred.
