Requirements

  • Five years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of sales analysis experience preferred.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • CFA, CIMA, or Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with sales professionals and sales managers to support sales strategy and growth objectives through quantitative and qualitative analysis of client and prospect opportunities.
  • Conducts competitive and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across industry and product lines.
  • Builds and applies working knowledge of capital markets, asset management, and the financial services industry.
  • Analyzes, interprets, and organizes sales and market data; prepares summaries, reports, and presentations to support sales leaders’ decision making.
  • Provides analytical support related to markets, territories, client utilization, and prospect prioritization to inform sales execution and planning activities.
  • Supports RFP and RFI engagements by contributing accurate and understandable sales data and analysis.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and execution by highlighting insights, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
