About The Position

This is an ONSITE internship position based at our location in Washington, NC. This Sales Analyst Internship is only open to currently enrolled college students in good standing within an accredited college program, or recent graduate students. The MANN+HUMMEL Washington, North Carolina location is seeking a highly motivated intern for our retail business. This on-site sales analyst role requires a commitment of 25 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, v-lookups, and working with complex data sets. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college program, or graduate student
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and v-lookups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate data entry skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas
• Provide general support to the team on projects and day-to-day operations
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and organize information as assigned
• Engage with customers via phone and email
• Cross-functional communication and coordination with operations teams
• Customer order data entry
• Perform other administrative or operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency
