The Summer Sales Analyst Intern role will provide a diverse introduction to working at a global consumer packaged goods company. The intern will be part of the Sales Strategy & Commercialization Team, the backbone of our National Sales Team. They will support key stakeholders across multiple teams through business analytics, syndicated data sets, field level observation, systems management, and new thought creation. Along with the day-to-day responsibilities, the Summer Business Strategy Intern will prepare and present a summer-long, strategic project—deliverable to the senior executive team—focused on market opportunities in a particular area of interest to the Cooperative. The intern will have the opportunity to conduct a project on topics including (but not limited to): Domestic Retail, Foodservice, Consumer Shopping Trends, and In-Store Promotional analysis across channels such as Global E-Commerce, Military, Convenience and Gas, and Colleges and Universities. This project will allow the Summer Business Strategic Intern to gain cross-functional experience and exposure, while becoming an expert on an area of key interest to the Cooperative and will serve as key member of a multifaceted team in a top-notch CPG company.
