Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree program in business or marketing.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills that allow for clear and concise presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Results oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
  • Proven problem solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, self direction, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
  • Be proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to provide own transportation to and from work office location.
  • Ability to travel as needed for in person meetings or training.
  • Available May 2026 to August 2026.
  • Able to demonstrate work experience and/or capability in the following areas: Leadership, Analytics, Collaboration, Communication, Project management, Self direction and initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Junior pursuing completion of their undergraduate business (Sales) or marketing degree.
  • Experience with IRI or Nielson POS data.
  • Cumulative GPA 3.3 or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional teams to develop national and/or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project, which align Sales Strategy and Operations and Marketing objectives to customer needs.
  • Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data.
  • Develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources.
  • Assist the team to enhance and improve business results.
  • Communicate results, ideas and/or suggestions both in written and verbal format.
  • Interact with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) colleagues in a variety of job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales.
  • Develop negotiation tactics to deliver mutually acceptable outputs.
  • Upon completion of Internship, conduct an oral presentation of project results and key learnings to Bayer management.
