About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated sales analyst to work with a fast-paced team calling on Kroger and Albertsons. The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Key Account Managers, Team Lead and NSD across the Lysol, Finish, Mucinex, Delsym, Airborne, Biofreeze, KY and other Reckitt brands by utilizing data to drive and support in-market implementation and ensure follow-up/tracking of strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for maintaining team reporting and analytics along with promotional contract and 84.51 BCC inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of sales analytics experience and proven knowledge/understanding of data systems
  • 2+ years of experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Syndicated Data: Nielsen, Panel, IRI
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation - ability to analyze data and tell the story to evaluate impact on the business

Responsibilities

  • Supports Account Manager & Director with in-depth data analysis of strengths/weaknesses of current execution of 4Ps strategies
  • Provides analysis of competitive activity and recommend defensive strategies where needed
  • Gather, interpret, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results
  • Measures performance and impact of initiatives. Communicates results effectively across the business
  • Build internal and external sales and data presentations
  • Support Key Account Managers to seek, create and develop new business opportunities to build new distribution and brand consumption
