The Sales Analyst Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting all administrative responsibilities related to customer contract management at the Area level within US Foods. This position is integral to the local sales contract tracking, profit model development, and the processing of incentive and rebate requests. The Sales Analyst Assistant will manage all aspects of the contract life cycle for assigned areas, which includes generating models and agreements, executing and setting up contracts, and maintaining and renewing or amending various agreement types such as Takeout Deals, A La Carte/Custom Customer Incentive Agreements, and A La Carte/Custom Master Distribution agreements. As a subject matter expert on contracts, the Sales Analyst Assistant will provide insights and answers to both field and support office inquiries. This role also involves performing routine reporting and reviewing the existing customer contract portfolio to ensure compliance with contract terms. The Sales Analyst Assistant will attend weekly and monthly meetings with field leaders to discuss necessary contract-related actions and decisions. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a hybrid work environment, combining both home-based and office-based responsibilities. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with four days on-site and one day working from home, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
