About The Position

The Amazon Sales Analyst will partner with Henkel teams in providing accurate reporting, data analytics & insights, presentations, and other business needs to help drive sustainable growth of Henkel's Consumer Brands eCommerce business across the following categories: Laundry Detergents, Home Care (Pest Control, Air Care, Household Cleaners), Personal Wash (Hand Soap, Bar Soap, Bodywash) and Hair Care (Color, Styling).

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to provide dependable and reliable reporting out of accurate information in a timely fashion.
  • Ownership of projects.
  • Technical Skills: Excel skills and experience with IRI/Nielsen, and/or Visualization platforms (i.e tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with a variety of eCommerce data sources (i.e IRI, Retailer POS portals) preferred.
  • B.S Degree required, MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update processes to support the tracking of eCommerce performance against our KPI's.
  • Build e-commerce/online expertise for Henkel to exploit new opportunities with this strategic customer.
  • Leverage current eCommerce Data Sources (i.e Profitero, IRI EMI, Retailer POS portals, etc.) to report on key trends, insights, gaps and opportunities, promotional analysis, etc.
  • Support Director of eCommerce, and overall eCommerce team on identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in new item set-up process, portfolio optimization, operational support, presentation development, forecasting, and sell-in process with key customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts: Data management, IBS, Finance, DX, Shopper Solutions, Category Development, and 3rd party providers.
