We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Come and play an important part on our incredible team today! As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your “bottom line” will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. Please note: As a Sales Ambassador, there will be opportunities to work both inside and outside at various retail/revenue locations.

Requirements

At least 15 years old
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
A passion for customer service
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
Outstanding communication abilities
Ability to accurately handle cash, and learn and use the point-of-sale system
Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs
Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment
Flexibility to perform varied duties

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically greet and interact with all guests
Answer questions and resolve guest issues
Assist guests with accurate product information
Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
Focus on up-selling and increasing sales while meeting guests’ needs
Operate cash register, and accurately process cash and credit transactions
Minimize losses due to damage or theft
Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays
Keep all assigned areas clean
Practice safe work habits including the use of ladders and proper lifting techniques
