About The Position
As a Sales Ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will play a crucial role in helping customers discover new and exciting products while delivering an extraordinary customer service experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and friendly environment and have a passion for healthy living. You will be responsible for proactively engaging customers, sampling products, and sharing your knowledge about Sprouts' offerings. Your enthusiasm for our products will help customers make informed choices and encourage them to try new items, contributing to the overall sales goals of the store. In this role, you will prepare and serve food using various kitchen equipment such as induction cooktops, toaster ovens, and blenders, following specific cooking directions. You will also be involved in cutting and sampling produce and grocery products, ensuring that all food safety guidelines are strictly adhered to. Additionally, you will coordinate all event activities, which include setting up and taking down events, managing sample supplies, and preparing event recaps. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and store team members will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. To succeed as a Sales Ambassador, you will need to complete assigned online training to build your knowledge base and stay updated on product offerings. This position requires a high energy level, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You will be expected to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours, engaging with customers and promoting Sprouts' products.
