What you get to do: As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your “bottom line” will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. You will:

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system
• Flexibility, dependability and integrity
• Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.
• Seasonal Ambassadors must have at least 5 days of unrestricted (12 continuous hrs. within operating hours for the area) availability to include both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
• Minors who are still in high school must have: Must be available both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays and preferred availability after school during the week while school is in session.
• Seasonal Ambassadors: 5 days of unrestricted availability (12 continuous hours within the operating hours for the area) to include both weekend days and holidays during our peak seasons. Typically, when school is not in session. (i.e. Spring break, Summer break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas break, etc)
• May be scheduled 0-40 hours
• Scheduled hours vary based on business need

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues
• Assist guests with product information
• Focus on up-selling and increasing sales
• Operate cash register
• Ensure merchandise is properly and accurately price marked
• Take regular and special inventory counts
• Minimize losses due to damage or theft
• Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays
• Keep all assigned areas clean
