About The Position

The Personal Lines W2 Producer (Sales Agent) is responsible for interacting with clients on complex accounts, devising creative solutions for coverage and costs. This role will exercise discretion and judgment on significant accounts, including negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and analyzing information. The position also involves implementing company policies based on client circumstances, assisting producers with cross-selling personal lines to commercial agents, handling new VIP accounts, and negotiating with underwriters. Responsibilities will also include quoting, participating in outside sales, seminars, and acting as the Carrier liaison.

Requirements

• State required active licensing.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
• Collect and analyze client information.
• Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Provide marketing expertise.
