Ensure that all customers, real or potential, receive quality reception whether in person, by phone, and electronic or traditional mail, by providing polite courteous information concerning various ticketing options, and/or arranging for and finalization ticket purchases. Is fully conversant in the PCC visitor experience and capable of describing Ambassador, Luau or other packages available. Recommends upgrades, preferred seating, dinners and other services. Position Scope Sells tickets to individual customers, travel agents, internet and e-mail orders as well as outbound sales. Answer questions, promotes upgrades, arranges reservation and/or process upgrades. Confers with Supervisor on unusual problems. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
