About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate at OHM Fitness is responsible for managing the daily operations of the fitness studio, focusing on generating leads, selling memberships, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves educating guests about the studio's unique EMS workouts and ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Sales experience, with the ability to promote and sell memberships and packages.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness, with a strong commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the studio location.
• Creatively generate leads to keep new guests trying classes.
• Assist with marketing and promotional events, promote our services, and attract new clients to our studio.
• Sell memberships and packages to promote the benefits of our services and ensure that guests are informed about our pricing and plans.
• Maintain and nurture leads, follow up with potential members, and ensure that they have all the information they need to make an informed decision about our services.
• Manage the flow of members, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and timely service.
• Check guests in and out, ensure that all paperwork and billing are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Educate our guests on the functional movement training that we offer and our EMS workouts, explaining the benefits and features of our fitness program.
