Requirements
- Passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability and willingness to learn consumer electronics through on-the-job training
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat
- Ability to work a consistent schedule that includes some evening shifts (up to 8 PM) and some weekend shifts (every other weekend or one day per weekend)
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, restaurant and/or consumer electronics experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Engage our customers with an open, interested, and honest rapport about their project and the solutions we offer - no cold calls, just genuine conversations.
- Ask questions to uncover a customer's needs, offer a recommendation for the best solution, and make purchasing quick and easy.
- Offer any accessories to provide a better out-of-the-box experience for the customer and their project.
- Collect and provide all appropriate information, using our point-of-sale computer applications.
