About The Position

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-end service within a strong lifestyle brand.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience working towards sales targets and company standards.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
• Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Work towards company standards and goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
