Selling membership packages and exceeding set goals.
Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and tailoring recommendations to their needs.
Achieving personal and team membership sales targets while upselling additional services.
Providing a welcoming and positive customer experience from arrival to departure.
Handling transactions accurately at the pay terminal.
Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company protocols.
Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
