As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance using your fashion and product knowledge. You will also manage garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience. A typical day involves engaging with customers, promoting fashion trends and products, encouraging the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives, and representing the H&M brand positively. You will also support commercial and operational actions to achieve sales targets, stay updated on fashion trends, and share your knowledge with colleagues. Adherence to procedures, routines, and legal requirements is essential, as is participating in onboarding and training for development. Operational tasks include managing the full garment cycle, operating fitting rooms and checkout, maintaining merchandise displays according to visual guidelines, ensuring good stock levels, and supporting in-store OMNI Services and tech tools. You will also assist with store opening and closing and follow all H&S guidelines.
