About The Position

LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and has rapidly grown to over 70 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. The company is looking to add a Service Advisor to its growing team to help continue its mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

Requirements

Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods of time during shift.
Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
Demonstrate relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.
Remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
