Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or automotive service is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive services based on their needs.
Provide knowledge on tire features, benefits, and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain an organized and clean sales area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to better serve customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
