The position also requires presenting deal structures and additional finance products, maintaining high customer satisfaction through follow-up, and continuously developing sales skills through ongoing training at Ken Garff University. Advisors must complete all training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories, and represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive professionally.
