Requirements

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a 'people person').
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Technology savvy.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Committed to becoming an expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand's vehicles, accessories, and technology.
• Has a full knowledge and understanding of our company history and its values.
• Gives customers in depth information on the owner’s manual and warranty.
• Can demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation systems, Bluetooth, etc.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Can conduct a dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to various points of interest of the dealership.
• Give customers a full demonstration of all the services Mastria has to offer.
