Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or current enrollment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate situations professionally.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Selling membership packages and exceeding set goals.
• Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and tailoring recommendations to their needs.
• Achieving personal and team membership sales targets while upselling additional services.
• Providing a welcoming and positive customer experience from arrival to departure.
• Handling transactions accurately at the pay terminal.
• Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company protocols.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
