Join our high-performing sales team and put the power of Dyson to work! ActionLink is searching for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Dyson Home Team as an in-store expert at Best Buy in San Antonio, TX.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, product demonstration, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.
• Experience with high-end brands is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to assigned store location.
• Ownership of a smart device and familiarity with apps and reporting tools.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Represent Dyson with style and smarts as the go-to expert on premium home care tech.
• Demo Dyson machines and showcase how they save time and effort for shoppers.
• Convert browsers into buyers using charm, product knowledge, and expert advice.
• Train store team members on Dyson products and features.
• Maintain fresh and tidy displays to attract customers.
• Participate in team calls and trainings to stay updated.
• Provide feedback and insights after each shift.
